【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Patients suffering from sudden trauma required rescue and nursing intervention timely and effectively. The nursing work of traumatic surgery should be improved comprehensively to meet the requirements of modern doctor-patient relationship. Humanistic nursing is a patient-oriented nursing model. This paper reviewed the current status of humanistic nursing f in department of trauma surgery, and to discuss the potential problem in implementation and related suggestion, in order to change the service concept and optimize the nursing model and qualification for patients with trauma surgery.
