【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of cumin fomentation combined with abdominal massage in treatment of opioid-induced constipation. Methods 〓Totally 50 advanced cancer patients with opioid-induced constipation were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine nursing, and those in the observation group were given cumin fomentation combined with abdominal massage. The clinical effect of interventions on relieving constipation and time of first defecation were compared between two groups. Results 〓The overall response rate was 92.00%(23/25)in the observation group and was 56.00%(14/25)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients of the observation group had a earlier time of first defecation compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The cumin fomentation combined with abdominal massage is potentially effective to relieve the opioid-induced constipation.
