【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of dual management based on evidence-based nursing care in organizing hospital care workers. Methods 〓Totally 654 inpatients accompanied with attending workers were included as the control group between Jan, 2012 and December, 2012, and nursing attending workers were organized by management corporation. Another 690 patients accompanied with attending workers were enrolled as the observation group between Jan, 2013 and December, 2013, and the nursing attending workers were organized by dual management based on evidence-based nursing. The satisfaction of patients on nursing ability and service attitude of attending workers were evaluated. Results 〓Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing ability and service attitude of attending workers compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). There were less complain about attending workers in the observation group than that of controls, but with no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion 〓Dual management by corporation and hospital based on evidence-based nursing care can address the shortcomings in single management by cooperation in organizing nursing attending workers.
