康复护理临床路径在脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者中的应用研究

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in rehabilitation care of patients with sleep disorders after stroke. Methods 〓Eighty-six patients with post-stroke sleep disturbance were randomly divided into path group(n=43)and control group(n=43). During drug treatment, the path group was given rehabilitation interventions according to the clinical pathway, and the control group was given conventional rehabilitation care. To evaluate the psychological status of both groups using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)before and after nursing interventions. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)was also used to evaluate the patient's sleep quality. Results 〓The score of HAMA and HAMD after treatment in both groups was lower than those before nursing(P<0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores in the path group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The score of PSQI in both groups was decreased after treatment(P<0.01), and was significantly lower in the path group than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The clinical pathway of rehabilitation nursing can improve the sleep quality, relieve anxiety status and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with sleep disorders after stroke.
