系统性护理在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of systematic nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods A total of 72 AMI patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was applied with the systematic nursing intervention. The scores of selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) and selfrating depression scale (SDS) before and after intervention, as well as incidence of angina, were compared between two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS were decreased in both of two group after nursing management(P＜0.01), and was lower in the observation group than those of controls (P＜0.01). The incidence of angina was 833% in the observation group and was 30.56% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Application of systematic nursing can improve the negative emotion and reduce the incidence of angina in ACI patients.
