【 摘 要 】

Abstract：This paper summarized the nursing management of one patient with postoperative chemotherapy for pleural mesothelioma. Based on multi-disciplinary team, nursing interventions were carried out including pain control before chemotherapy, psychological counseling against anxiety, blood parameters monitoring, appropriate infusion device selection for chemotherapy. In addition, the health education during chemotherapy was performed, in order to reduce the myelosuppression, nausea, vomiting, hair loss and other adverse reactions.
