协同护理模式对尿毒症血液透析患者自我护理能力及遵医行为的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of collaborative care model on selfcare ability and treatment compliance of uremia patients with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 140 uremia patients undergoing hemodialysis were randomly divided into group A and group B according to the sequence of admission, with 70 cases in each group. Patients in the group A received routing nursing care and those in the group B was given collaborative care intervention. The selfcare ability, degree of satisfaction and treatment compliance of uremia patients were compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 92.86%（65/70）in the group B and was 81.43%（57/70）in the group A, with significant difference (P＜0.05). Patients in the group B achieved higher score in selfcondition monitoring, blood pressure examination, disease knowledge and homebased catheter nursing than those of patients in the group A(P＜0.05). Patients in the group B achieved higher score in compliance of drug administration, regular check, diet control, sleep and exercise management than those of patients in the group A (P＜0.01). Conclusion Collaborative nursing care is potentially effective to improve the treatment compliance and selfcare ability of uremia patients with hemodialysis.
