生大黄辅以芒硝治疗急性胰腺炎的临床护理观察

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and to summarize nursing methods of patients with acute pancreatitis treated by raw rhubarb and mirabilite. Methods Raw rhubarb and mirabilite was applied for 30 patients with acute pancreatitis on the basis of conventional therapy, and the treatment efficacy of two groups were observed. Results The time to first flatus was in 1 to 2 days after treatment, and time to first defecation was in 2 to 5 days after treatment, and the patients, with watery yellow stool, were improved obviously after flatus and defecation. Conclusion Raw rhubarb and mirabilite treatment on the basis of routine therapy for patients with acute pancreatitis can effectively improve recovery of intestinal peristalsis, speed up anus flatus time and defecation time, and reduce complications during treatment, so it is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
