循证护理在神经内科患儿压疮预防中的的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in prevention of pressure ulcers in children from neurology department. Methods 〓With the convenient sampling method, 180 pediatrics patients form neurology department were divided into control group and observation group. Both two groups received routine care, and the evidence-based nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group. The incidence of pressure ulcers was compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of pressure ulcers was 2.2% in the observation group, which was lower than 7.8% of the controls(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The application of evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the risk of pressure ulcers in children at neurology department.
