6例难治性类风湿血管炎多发皮肤溃疡的护理体会

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing management of skin ulcer in six patients with rheumatoid vasculitis(RV).Methods To retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 6 RV patients with multiple skin ulcer. Nursing interventions on local skin of ulcer, medication, psychological care and follow-up intervention were carried out.Results The skin ulcer in six patients had healed up between 8 and 15 months after treatment. There was no recurrent skin injury after 0.5 to 2 years follow-up.Conclusion It is required to carry out nursing interventions on local skin of ulcer, medication, psychological care and follow-up for RV patients with multiple skin ulcer, in order to promote wound healing and prognosis of disease.
