【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of breast acupoint massage on relieving breast distending pain and promoting milk secretion. Methods A total of 60 puerperas with breast distending pain and milk secretion disorder were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing care and puerperas in the observation group was applied with breast acupoint massage. The degree of breast distending pain and breast feeding were compared at 2 weeks after delivery. Results The proportion of puerperas with 0～Ⅰ grade pain was 90.00%(27/30) in the observation group and was 66.67% (20/30) in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The observation group had a higher breast feeding rate compared with the control group (86.67% vs. 63.33%, P＜0.05) . Conclusion Breast acupoint massage is an effective way of relieving breast distending pain and promoting milk secretion.
