【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion by using portable moxa box for diarrhea in infant and related nursing care. Methods 〓A total of 168infants with diarrhea were assigned to the observation group(n=85)and the control group(n=83). Both two groups received standard treatment and nursing care, while the moxibustion by protable moxa box was carried out in the observation group. The clinical effect on diarrhea, time to vomiting disappeared and length of stay were compared between two groups. Results 〓The overall effective rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). The time to vomiting disappeared and length of stay were shorter in the observation group than those of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Moxibustion by using portable moxa box combined with comprehensive nursing interventions can ensure the treatment efficacy on diarrhea and improve the rehabilitation of infants.
