【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of spa treatment with auricularplaster therapy for ischemic stroke patients with insomnia. Methods A total of 71 ischemic stroke patients with insomnia were assigned to observation group (n=37) and control group (n=34), both with auricularplaster therapy. The observation group was given spa treatment additionally. The clinical efficacy and changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) of two groups were assessed, and the sleeping preparation time, actual sleeping time and sleeping efficiency before and after treatment were compared in the observation group. Results The PSQI were significantly decreased in observation group than that in the controls (P＜0.01). After treatment, the sleeping preparation time, actual sleeping time and sleeping efficiency were better in observation group (P＜005, P＜0.01). Conclusion Spa treatment with auricularplaster therapy can effectively improve the insomnia of patients with ischemic stroke.
