自我效能、社会支持及应对方式对急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后心理弹性的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of self-efficacy, social support and coping styles on psychological resilience after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods 〓A total of 76 AMI patients who received PCI were given nursing interventions on self-efficacy, social support and coping styles. The self-efficacy, social support and coping style and psychological resilience of patients were evaluated before and after interventions. Results 〓Patients achieved a higher score in facing score and lower score in escaping and surrendering scores after intervention compared with those before intervention(P<0.05). The score of self-efficacy, social support and psychological resilience were increased after intervention(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that psychological resilience was positive associated with the facing response in self-efficacy, social support and coping styles, and negative connected with escaping and surrendering responses in coping styles(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓AMI patients are poor in psychological resilience, and individual self-efficacy, social support and coping styles are important influencing factors for their psychological resilience.
