高危产妇配偶育儿胜任感现状及影响因素调查

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the parenting sense of competence among high-risk pregnant women's spouses, and to explore its influencing factors. Methods 〓A survey was conducted to spouses of high-risk pregnant women by using Chinese version of the Parenting Sense of Competence Scale(C-PSOC), Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Results 〓Totally 206 spouses of high-risk pregnant women were included. The average score of C-PSOC was(72.62±10.40). The parenting sense of competence was negative correlated with postpartum depression(r=-0.527, -0.309, -0.484, P<0.01)and anxiety(r=-0.370, -0.188, -0.362, P<0.01), and was positively correlated with social support(r=-0.393, -0.288, -0.316, P<0.01). The occupation, living condition and postpartum depression were main influential factors of the parenting sense of competence. Conclusion 〓Findings of the study indicated a medium level of parenting sense of competence among spouses, which were affected by multiple factors including occupation, living condition and postpartum depression. Targeted interventions should be carried out to improve the parenting sense of competence among high-risk pregnant women's spouses.
