多元化护理干预在无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of diversified nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and type II respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilation.Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD and type II respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilation were assigned to the control group and intervention group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care while the diversified nursing interventions on mental state, respiratory tract, position, nutrition support and complications were carried out in the intervention group. The blood pH, partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2), partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results Patients in the intervention group had a higher blood pH and PaO2, and lower level of PaCO2 at 48 hours after treatment(P<0.01). the incidence of complications was 13.33%(4/30)in the intervention group and was 36.67%(11/30)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion diversified nursing intervention is potentially effective to improve the recovery in ventilation function and reduce the risk of complications in patients with COPD and type II respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilation.
