中医护理临床路径在肛周脓肿手术患者中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for patients with surgical treatment for perianal abscess. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with perianal abscess incision and drainage were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care at the perioperative period, and the observation group was given TCM clinical nursing pathway. The satisfactory degree of patients was evaluated. The symptom scores of constipation, urination disorder and visual analogue scale(VAS)on pain were compared between two groups. Results 〓The satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that of controls(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had lower symptom scores of constipation, urination disorder, and lower VAS on pain compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The TCM-based clinical nursing pathway is effective to improve the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with perianal abscess incision and drainage.
