颈内静脉留置双腔导管并发症的发生原因及处理

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate potential reasons of complications after double lumen internal jugular vein catheters in patients with thoracic surgery.Methods To retrospectively collect the clinical data of 242 patients with double lumen internal jugular vein catheters, and to find potential reasons and nursing measures of complications.Results There were 32 cases of complications observed, including 18 cases(7.4%)of unilateral catheter blockage, 5 cases(2.1%)of catheter dislocation, 4 cases(1.7%)of difficult decannulation, 2 cases of skin allergy(0.8%), 1 case(0.4%)of hematoma after insertion, 1 case(0.4%)of CVC removal distress syndrome and 1 case(0.4%)of thrombus after catheter removal. Corresponding treatments were carried out to make sure the safety in the venous indwelling period.Conclusion Efforts should be made on issuers such as observation and nursing, operation procedures, monitoring on disease condition, in order to ensure the venous access safety.
