不同镇静方法在婴幼儿CTA检查中的应用研究

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe the application of different methods of sedation for congenital heart disease(CHD)infants during computed tomography angiography(CTA)examination.Methods A total of 158 CHD infants undergoing CTA examination were randomly divided into two groups, with 79 cases in each group. Group A used oral chloral hydrate and group B used propofol intravenous injection method before CTA examination. The heart rate, breath rate, oxygen saturation(SpO2), onset time of drug, recovery time, emergence agitation and Ramsay sedation score were observed and compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in heart rate, breath rate and SpO2 between two groups(P>0.05). Compared with those in the Group A, infants in the group B had an earlier onset time of drug, earlier recovery time, lower incidence of emergence agitation, higher Ramsay sedation score and success rate of CTA examination, with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Intravenous propofol method has obvious sedative effects for CHD infants during CTA examination, and it is safe, effective to improve the efficiency of CTA examination.
