【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of warmed saline solution for conjunctival sac flushing. Methods  A total of 117 patients(117 eyes)undergoing cataract surgery were assigned to the control group(n=57)and the study group(n=60). Normal saline solution for conjunctival sac flushing was carried out in the control group, while the warmed saline solution was applied in the study group. The bacterial culture of conjunctiva sac was conducted, and the conjunctival hyperemia of patients was evaluated after flushing. Results  There was no significant difference in positive ratio of bacterial culture between two groups(P>0.05). Patients in the control group had more severe conjunctival hyperemia compared with those in the study group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Warmed saline solution is and safe and comfortable way of conjunctival sac flushing before cataract surgery.
