【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the effects of modified back percussion method and traditional back percussion method on the treatment of stroke patients with pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 100 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was treated with the traditional back percussion method, while observation group was treated with the modified back percussion method. Effect of back percussion, incidence rate of pulmonary infection and comfortable degree toward back percussion were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the sticky degree of sputum in the observation group was better, the discharged sputum volume after back percussion was larger, the incidence rate of pulmonary infection was lower and comfortable degree toward back percussion was higher, and all these differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified back percussion method can promote the discharge of sputum in patients with stroke, reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and improve comfortable degree toward back percussion.
