【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of risk management in nursing care of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 78 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care during the treatment, and risk management measures were performed in the observation group. The incidence of nursing risk events, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of nursing risk events was 7.6%(3/39)in the observation group and was 28.2%(11/39)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction rate was 97.4%(38/39)and 92.3%(36/39)in the observation group, and was 79.5%(31/39)and 71.8%(28/39)in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of risk management can reduce the risk of nursing risk events and improve the nursing satisfaction of hemodialysis patients.
