儿科单手留置针穿刺法的应用实践

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of one hand indwelling needle puncture technique for pediatric patients. Methods   Totally 148 pediatric patients undergoing intravenous infusion were assigned to the control group and the observation, with 74 cases in each group. The conventional puncture method was adopted in the controls, and the one hand indwelling needle puncture technique was carried out in the observation group. The comfort level, indwelling time, one-time successful puncture rate, incidence of adverse reaction and satisfaction degree of parents to nursing service were observed and compared between two groups. Results   The one-time successful puncture rate was 97.30%(72/74)in the observation group and was 81.08%(60/74)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher comfort level, lower incidence of adverse reaction and longer indwelling time compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion   Application of one hand indwelling needle puncture technique may improve the one-time successful puncture rate, prolong the indwelling time and reduce the risk of puncture associated adverse reaction.
