人工肝留置中心静脉导管两种固定方法的效果比较

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To compare the effect of two fixation methods for indwelling central venous catheter in artificial liver replacement therapy. Methods  Totally 242 patients with severe liver disease treated with artificial liver replacement were divided into study group(n=125)and control group(n=117). The control group was treated with traditional catheter fixation solution and the modified catheter fixation solution was used in the study group. The incidence of local hemorrhage, catheter shedding, catheter obstruction and related infection were compared between 2 groups. Results  The incidence of catheter-related infection in the experimental group was 1.60%, which was lower than 6.84% of the control group(P<0.05). The catheter shedding rate of the catheter in the experimental group was 0, which was lower than 4.27% in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the 2 groups in the rate of local hemorrhage and catheter blockage(P<0.05). Conclusion  The improved catheter fixation can reduce the risk of central venous catheter slippage, local hemorrhage at puncture site and catheter-related infections. It is a safety method of catheter fixation in artificial liver replacement therapy.
