【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the emergency response plan template in clinical skills training among emergency nurses. Methods 〓Totally 40 emergency nurses receiving standardized training were assigned to the control group(n=20)and the study group(n=20). The routine teaching method was adopted in the control group, and the modified teaching method based on emergency response plan template was performed in the study group. Results 〓Nurses of the study group spent less time in epinephrine use and rescue of myocardial infarction compared with that of nurses in the control group(P<0.05). The score of emergency skills assessment in the study group was higher than that of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The emergency response plan template, as a supportive training tool, can improve the emergency assessment and emergency response capability of nurses.
