【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of video combined mind mapping in health education of patients with autogenous arteriovenous fistula(AVF)for hematodialysis. Methods Totally 60 end stage renal failure patients using AVF for hematodialysis were assigned into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30). In the control group, the health education was performed verbally by nurses. In the observation group, the health education was performed with assistance of video and mind mapping methods. The awareness on maintenance of AVF and satisfactory degree of patients were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓Patients of the observation group achieved a higher awareness level on AVF maintenance compared with those of the control group(P<0.05). Patients of the observation group were more satisfied with the health education compared with those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The video combined mind mapping is effective to improve the awareness of hematodialysis patients on AVF related knowledge and management.
