人文关怀护理模式对急性心肌梗死患者负性情绪的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of humanistic concern nursing model on negative emotions of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods A total of 92 AMI patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with routine drug treatment. Routine nursing was applied in the control group, and the observation group was given humanistic concern nursing on this basis. Before and after the intervention, SAS, SDS, SCL90 and PSQI were compared between two groups. Results After 7 days of intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS, SCL90 and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Humanistic concern nursing model can significantly reduce negative emotions in patients with acute myocardial infarction and improve their mental health and quality of sleep.
