肛肠疾病术后应用中药熏洗坐浴的效果观察及护理

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of sitz bath and fumigation-washing with traditional Chinese medicine for patients with surgical treatment for anorectal disease, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods  Totally 78 patients undergoing surgical treatment for anorectal disease were assigned to the control group and the study group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received sitz bath and routine care after surgery, while the study group was given sitz bath and fumigation-washing with traditional Chinese medicine. The intervention efficacy on relieving archorrhagia, anal oedema and pain degree was evaluated. Results  The overall effective rate of relieving symptom such as archorrhagia, anal oedema and pain degree was higher in the study group than that of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion  Application of sitz bath and fumigation-washing with traditional Chinese medicine shows a potential efficacy for patients with surgical treatment for anorectal disease.
