【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of performance assessment on the compliance of hand hygiene in ICU primary charge nurses. Methods 〓The ICU hand hygiene quality control group was composed of 6 high duty nurses at N3 level and above. Totally 18 primary charge nurses were selected as the research objects, and their hand hygiene compliance was included into the performance appraisal. The hand hygiene compliance of primary charge nurses was evaluated before and after implementation of the performance assessment. Results 〓After the implementation of performance assessment, the compliance rate of ICU charge primary nurses to perform hand hygiene was significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Including hand hygiene as a factor of performance assessment can motivate the ICU nurses to perform hand hygiene timely and actively, and improve their compliance with hand hygiene.
