【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of training mode based on ability level classification in training and management of nurses from sterilization and supply center.Methods A total of 32 nurses from sterilization and supply center were included in this study, in which 5 nurses were classified as N0 or N1 level, 12 nurses were classified as N2 level and 14 nurses were classified as N3 or N4 level, according to their obligation and needs in knowledge. Multiple training methods and examination were carried out in accordance to different classification of nursing abilities.Results The score in assessment of specialist knowledge, emergency skills, comprehensive capacity and computer use were higher after training compared with those before training in all levels of nurses, with significant difference(P<0.01). Nurses achieved higher self-assessment outcome in position responsibility, work environment and job satisfaction compared with those before training(P<0.01).Conclusion The multiple training modes and assessment depended on the ability levels could improve the knowledge, skills, capability, and attitude of nurses, which would ensure the crew in different levels with the ability to accomplish the assignment, and cultivate a high-quality nursing team suitable for the hospital work and the development in nursing.
