【 摘 要 】
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of microlecture combined with Wechat in classroom teaching of Emergency Nursing.Methods Totally 113 students from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were included as the study group(n=56)and the control group(n=57). Both two groups received the course of Emergency Nursing by traditional teaching method, and the microlecture combined with Wechat as an assisted instruction was carried out in the study group. The final exam grades, teaching effect and satisfaction of students to teaching methodology were compared between two groups.Results The final examination results and teaching effect evaluation were higher in the study group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05). the satisfaction degree to teaching methodology was higher in the study group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Microlecture combined with Wechat is an effective tool to improve the teaching quality in classroom teaching of Emergency Nursing.
