【 摘 要 】

The tourist attraction is a labor-intensive industry, and human resource cost occupies a large proportion in the operating cost. Based on the impact of human resource management on human cost control, the empirical research establishes a measurement system, and uses the mathematical statistics method to analyze the internal and external coordination of human resource management, work flexibility, procedure fairness, planning and configuration, training motivation, interpersonal communication and talent introduction factors, and puts forward corresponding recommendations based on the research results obtained.
