临床护理路径在烧伤患者康复功能训练中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in rehabilitation training for burn injury patients. Methods  Totally 174 patients with burn injury were assigned to the study group and the control group, with 87 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation training, while the patients in the study group were given rehabilitation training based on clinical nursing pathway. The functions of limbs and joints, the activities of daily living and the quality of life were compared between two groups. Results  The Barthel index of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of psychological, physiological, environmental and social factors of the WHOQOL-BREF scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The excellent rate of the joint motion function in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  The rehabilitation training based on clinical nursing pathway can promote the joint function recovery and activities of daily living in burn patients during rehabilitation period.
