【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of mental nursing before and after childbirth in pregnant women. Methods A total of 80 primiparas were randomly divided into control group and nursing group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the nursing group was given mental nursing on the basis of the control group. Nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results The total process of the nursing group was (12.08±1.44) h, which was significantly shorter than (18.34±2.46) h of the control group (P<0.05). Natural childbirth rate and cesarean section rate were 77.50% and 22.50% in the nursing group, which were significantly better than 55.00% and 45.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores in the nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mental nursing can relieve the depression and anxiety of primiparas, shorten the total labor process and increase the rate of natural childbirth.
