【 摘 要 】
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of different preserved skin shaving methods for patients with coronary angiography and cardiac interventional therapy. Methods A total of 220 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing coronary angiography and interventional therapy were selected and divided into control group and observation group, with 110 cases in each group respectively. Patients in the control group adopted routine preserved skin shaving before the operation, while patients in the observation group received non-hair-shaving skin preparation. The duration of preserved skin, wound infection rate and patients’ acceptance degree were compared between two groups. Results The duration of preserved skin was shorter in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in wound infection rate between two groups after operation(P>0.05). Patients in the observation group had higher acceptance degree to preserved skin shaving method compared with those in the control group(75.45% vs. 37.27%, P<0.01).Conclusion The modified preserved skin shaving method can reduce the time cost and uncomfortable psychological feelings of patients, but without increasing the risk of wound infection in patients after coronary angiography and cardiac interventional therapy.
