【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasound-guided puncture in patients with difficult radial artery blood collection in ICU. Methods A total of 100 cases with ICU difficult puncture were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group were performed direct puncture method (touch method), while patients in the experimental group were collected radial artery blood under ultrasound guidance. The one-time success rate of puncture and the time required for puncture were statistically analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the one-time success rate was higher in the experimental group, average puncture times were fewer, and average puncture time was shorter, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion ICU difficult puncture patients undergoing radial artery puncture with ultrasound guide for blood gas analysis can reduce the times of puncture, improve the accuracy of disposable puncture and blood gas analysis.
