【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control cycle(QCC)activities on compliance of pulmonary function exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods  To set up the QCC group and to analyze the potential influential factors of lower compliance of pulmonary function exercise in 59 COPD patients selected between July 1st, 2014 and July 20th, 2014. The improvement measures were carried out and the compliance of pulmonary function exercise were re-evaluated in 45 COPD patients selected between August 8th, 2014 and August 31st, 2014. Results  The compliance of pulmonary function was improved from 38.98%(23/59)before QCC activities to 73.33%(33/45)after QCC activities. Conclusion  QCC activities may enhance the confidence of patients and improve the compliance of pulmonary function.
