【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of nursing measures based on integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for hemodialysis-associated hypotension. Methods 〓Totally 40 hemodialysis patients were assigned to the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=20). Patients of both two groups received routine care during hemodialysis, and those in the control group were given TCM nursing measures. The level of systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)of patients with hemodialysis-associated hypotension were recorded. Results 〓There was a lower frequency of hemodialysis-associated hypotension in the observation group than that of controls between 5 and 8 weeks and between 9 and 12 weeks of hemodialysis(P<0.05). Levels of SBP and DBP were higher in patients with hemodialysis-associated hypotension in the observation group than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓 The TCM nursing is potentially effective to prevent and control the hemodialysis-associated hypotension.
