整体护理干预对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗依从性的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the compliance to noninvasive ventilator therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 40 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 20 cases in each group.  Both two groups received conventional nursing care and holistic nursing intervention was performed in the observation group additionally. The primary outcomes were treatment compliance and incidence of adverse reactions. Results the compliance rate was 90.0% in the observation group, which was significant higher than 55.0% in the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction was 20.0% in the observation group and was 55.0% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients and reduce the risk of adverse reaction.
