充气式保温毯预防老年胃癌根治术患者术中低体温的效果

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of forced-air-warming blanket in prevention of intraoperative hypothermia among elderly patients with radical gastrectomy for cancer of the stomach. Methods 〓Totally 60 elderly patients with radical gastrectomy for cancer were assigned to the observation group(n=30, using forced-air-warming blanket)and control group(n=30, using quilt with cotton wadding)according to the warming methods during operation. The tympanic temperature of patients was observed at the time point of entering operating theater(T0), anesthesia induction(T1), skin incision(T2), intraoperative period(every 30 minutes, T3-6)and the end of resection(T7). The incidences of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative shivering were compared between two groups. Results 〓The tympanic temperature of patients in the control group was lower than that of patients in the observation group at time points of skin incision(T2), intraoperative period(T3-6)and the end of resection(T7)(P<0.01). There were 14(46.67%)cases of intraoperative hypothermia in the control group and 3(10.00%)cases of intraoperative hypothermia in the observation group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative shivering was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(6.67% vs. 40.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The forced-air-warming blanket is effective to prevent the intraoperative hypothermia among elderly patients with radical gastrectomy for cancer.
