【 摘 要 】

In a retrospective study of the University of Pittsburgh's experience, both procedures result in similar length of mechanical ventilation, length of intensive care unit stay, and mortality.28 Registry data from the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT) have confirmed no significant differences in survival in patients with PAH.29 Despite no apparent differences in mortality, significant differences exist between those with single vs bilateral lung transplants with respect to blood flow, pulmonary artery pressure, and immediate cardiac index.
