【 摘 要 】
Vascularization is critical for 3D tissue engineered constructs. In large size implants the ingrowth of vessels often fails. The purpose of this study was to identify an easily accessible, clinically relevant cell source able to promote neovascularization in engineered implants in vivo and to establish an autologous culture method for these cells.
