【 摘 要 】

Before use of any drug for human use it is necessary to study it for the toxicity. The drug should have a proper balance in between therapeutic effect with that of side effect. For assuring the level of side effect and lethalness of drug dose some guidelines are in existence. But the science student and researcher might be encountered with misuse of animals andfaulty study procedure which results as observing wrong observation which is only a possibility not applied for all. The main factor behind these mistakes is lack of accurate guidelines. The present review article is only for the availability of a merge data for the toxicological study. An international organization called as OECD provides the guideline for toxicologicalstudies, the present review presenting the compiled guidelines in one click.
