【 摘 要 】

Oils extractedfrom seedsof threemedicinal plantsused in Algerian folk medicine(Citrullus colocynthis,Nigella sativaandLinumusitassimum),weretested for theirantifungalsynergyagainstonestrain ofAspergillusflavustoxin(A. flavusMTTC2799)by the method ofradial growthon solid mediumPotateosDextrose Agar(PDA).Antifungal results revealedthatall oilstestedatthe concentration1/5000inhibited thegrowthof the studied fungus, where the bestantifungalpotency was observed for theL.usitassimumseed oil.The values ofantifungalindices(55.65, 48.65,40.54)wererecorded,respectivelyforL. usitassimumoil,C. colocynthisoilandN. sativaoil at concentrations of (1/5000, 1/500 and 1/2000).The resultsof the synergistic antifungal activityobtained byoils combinationrevealed thatL.oil/C.oilshowedthe bestantifungal effect (54.19%) before theL.oil/C.oil/N.oil system with 48.76% of inhibition. In order to explain the synergistic effect and the best behavior of oils, especially determination of optimal concentrations C* (C star) needed for antifungal synergisticactivity, viscosimetric investigation was carried out at room temperature and at several concentrations.
