【 摘 要 】
Randâs triadic model is particularly germane to understanding Fitzgeraldâs Bernice Bobs Her Hair. I will discuss Fitzgeraldâs characters, their worlds, and beliefs in terms of the conflicts between the three types of people: âBeing,â âHaving,â and âDoing.â I will also explain why Fitzgerald presents his characters the way he does and examine how Randâs theory influences his narrative point of view.
