In what follows, some contemporary narratives about âthe information societyâ are interrogated from critical race theoretical and decolonial perspectives with a view to constructing a âcounter-narrativeâ purporting to demonstrate the embeddedness of colonialityâthat is, the persistent operation of colonial logicsâin such discourses.
