【 摘 要 】

Extraction/concentrationis a crucial step for the analysis of organic compounds at trace level concentrationsand dispersed in complex matrices. Solid-phase extraction (SPE) is one of thetechniques used for this purpose. In this work, a low cost apparatus for SPEwas developed that uses nitrogen under positive pressure and ensures the maintenanceof the sample flow, while also allows the simultaneous extraction of differentsamples without cross-contamination and sample contact with plastic materials.For the system set up, easily accessible materials were used such as hypodermicneedles, stainless steel tubes, rubber stoppers, and 3-way valves from serumdelivery apparatus.
