【 摘 要 】

The aim of this research is to provide answers to the issues presented in these general considerations, in the case of Douglas seedlings production in a nursery from Cehu Silvaniei Forestry District. Within the practical works, were used specific methods to general phytopathology with the necessary adaptations for forestry phytopathology. The identification of micromycetes present in the affected materials imposed passing the specific steps: isolation, incubation, subculturing, examination, identification. In 2013, in most seedlings was detected the drying of pines from top to bottom which actually is a debilitation feature on the background of the disruption of physiological activity, during drought period, heat and floods. The fungicides effectiveness used in the Ulciug nursery have recorded higher values compared to control and their use at the  right time can avoid particulary significant losses.
