【 摘 要 】

Fabrication of complete denture is a treatment challenge for many clinicians in case of some remains natural teeth present. To improve the quality of the denture and comfort to the patient, alternative treatment methods should be executed. Overdenture treatment option is the simplest method for patient satisfaction. This case report deals with use of remaining natural tooth to aid in retention, stability and support of tooth supported overdentures. The treatment longevity depends on patients oral hygiene maintenance and periodic recalls.
