【 摘 要 】

The title compound is a product of perindopril intramolecular cyclization. It crystallizes in the tetragonal, non-centrosymmetric space group P41212 (No. 92) with a = 9.3574(2), b = 9.3574(2), c = 45.6369(9) Å, V = 3996.01(14) Å3 and Z = 8. The crystal consists of one molecule in the asymmetric unit. The packing exhibits weak intermolecular C-H - O=C contacts forming two C(5) and C(10) chains, which together result in graph-set descriptor R33 (18) motif, running along the crystallographic a-axis.
